Research in Upper Atmospheric Physics, Radar Technology, Signal Processing

We study turbulence in the lower ionosphere using a passive VHF ground-based radar. Our work includes plasma physics, RF hardware, and digital signal processing.

This work is performed in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Earth and Space Sciences Program at the University of Washington. The Electrical Engineering Department lies within the College of Engineering.
